The My List page displays a group of temporary lists containing documents from previous Search Results. The documents that you have placed within My List can be refined in a similar fashion as done with a set of Search Results. The list is also available during your Scopus session, so you can conduct additional searches, and then pick and choose which documents you want to add to your list.
| Note | When you log off from Scopus, the documents that are in My List (the current session) will be deleted. To prevent this from happening, save your list. |

The second option for refining My List is Search within results.
To search within your results:
Enter a term or phrase into the Search within results.
Click Search within results. Scopus conducts a new search with the new term added to your original search query and displays the new results list.
| Note | The Search within results searches all fields, and across the entire result set, not just the fields that are displayed. |
