E-mailing Author Details

Return to E-mailing Scopus Records

  1. From an Author Details page, click E-mail.

    The E-mail form will display.

  2. In the E-mail form, complete the following fields:

    To:   Required: Enter the e-mail address(es) to which the document will be sent.

    CC:   Enter additional e-mail address(es) that you feel should receive a copy of this e-mail.

    Subject:   Enter a subject or title that best describes the content of the e-mail.

    Body Text:   Enter a message about the document that is being e-mailed.

  3. In Your E-mail, enter your e-mail address.

  4. From the E-mail Format list, select the format for your e-mail.

    HTML:   HTML format

    Text:   Plain text format

  5. Click Send to e-mail your document.

    A page will display confirming that the e-mail was sent.

    OR

    Click Cancel to return to the previous page without sending the e-mail.
