E-mailing Scopus Records

With the Scopus E-mail function, you can e-mail the following:

You can also e-mail Scopus Author or Affiliation Details. See E-mailing Author Details or E-mailing Affiliation Details for more information.


To e-mail documents, results lists, or document references

  1. Select the document(s) you want to e-mail.

  2. Select E-mail.

    Note   The E-mail option is not available if JavaScript™ is not enabled in your browser.
  3. Complete the following fields:

    To:   Enter the e-mail address(es) to which the document(s) will be sent.
    CC:   Enter additional e-mail address(es) that you feel should be copied within this e-mail.
    Subject:   Enter a subject or title that best describes the content of the e-mail.
    Body Text:   Enter a message regarding the document that is being e-mailed.
    Your E-mail Enter your e-mail address.
  4. From the E-mail format list, select either HTML or Text format for your e-mail.

  5. For Scopus results, select one of the following Output formats. See Fields by Output Format for detailed information about each format.

    Note   The Output formats available depend on the type of search results that you are e-mailing. References, Web results, and Patent results are always in the same format.
  6. Click Send to e-mail your documents.
